Frequently asked questions...

How long will my order take?  We aim to dispatch orders within 5-7 working days, however this may be longer around specific busy dates such as Mothers Day or Christmas.

How can I pay for my order?  This site allows payment via Paypal, which ensures your details stay secure and are not shared with this site.  You can also pay via credit or debit card - the card details are encrypted and so cannot be viewed by anyone.

How much is delivery?  Delivery charges are selectable at check-out.  Delivery is free for unframed cuts and £3 for framed cuts.

What size frame will I need for an unframed papercut?  All the papercuts fit in an A4 size frame.

What is a standard frame?  These high quality frames capture your papercut beautifully in an A4 frame. Frames are available in black, white or mid - oak effect.  In addition to choosing the colour for your papercut, you will also need to choose the colour for the mount your papercut will be laid on.

Do you supply floating frames? Floating frames are transparent and so when your papercut is framed it gives the illusion of it 'floating'.  You will see some pictures are taken using an example of these frames.  Currently I do not supply these frames however you can buy them at Homebase - Bacall frame 24x30cm.

What if I want to return my purchase?  We are confident you will be happy with your order, however should you want to return an item, we will happily refund/exchange providing the item is returned in a re-saleable condition. Customers are liable for return postage and item should be returned using a traceable service.  Please note personalised items cannot be returned (unless faulty or an error occurred on our part).

What if my item is damaged?  If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
